Michael has lived on his family's cattle, hay and poultry farm for his entire life. He graduated from Geneva County High School and Wallace Community College. Michael’s wife, Tina who previously worked in the medical industry as a PTA and marketing for home health. They have 2 children and 3 grandbabies. They are active in their church, school and community. Michael owns and operates a cattle and poultry farm located below Hartford AL. Michael enjoys working/living on the farm and sharing his love for agriculture with his family.  Prior to becoming a real-estate agent, Michael worked in the medical field as a nurse with Flowers Hospital and Urological Associates of Dothan. David was born and raised in Hartford Alabama. He is married, Brooke, and have 5 children, Porter, Mary Michael, Hank, Anna James, and Buster They are very involved at Sardis Church as well as within the community. David graduated from Auburn University in 2006 majoring in Agricultural Business and Economics. Not long after graduation David and his brother-in-law, Michael Dorriety, purchased their first investment property together. They both earned thier licenses in the State of Alabama to sell real estate in February of 2011. David & Michael work as a team to better serve their clients.

Janice and her family moved to Dothan, Alabama in 1975. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Janice was employed with Regions Bank for 22 years. Janice managed the East Circle Branch of Regions for 18 years. Her customers were like family and she loved helping them with all of their banking needs. While at Regions, Janice became friends with several realtors who were her customers. Real estate seemed like such a fun and exciting career. Janice decided to attend school at night and earned her real estate license.

At the end of 1997 Janice joined United Country Real Estate/Properties South as a part-time realtor, For 2 1/2 years, she continued to work at Regions and do real estate part-time. In 1999 her first grandchild was born, followed by another in 2000. It was time to have only one career and Janice chose real estate.

Janice is married to Joe Grantham. They have 2 sons and 4 wonderful grandchildren. They are active members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Janice loves real estate! She has met so many wonderful people from the Wiregrass Area and many other states. These friends have greatly enriched her life.

Carmen Beasley Agent

Carmen became a resident of Hartford, Al in May of 2010. She and her husband relocated to Alabama for her husband’s change in career. Previously they owned and operated a logging company and now he works at Fort Rucker as an aircraft mechanic. Carmen has been associated with Hartford for 30 years through family and has always thought of this area as a second home. Carmen has been with our company as our office manager and agent since 2015. She and her husband enjoy boating, shooting and spending time with family and friends. So I ended up in southeastern Alabama and graduated from Cottonwood High School. I graduated college with an Associate's Degree in Business Management and worked at Southeast Alabama Medical Center for several years until I moved to the Panhandle area in Florida. I was a Navy wife and stationed at Mayport, FL near Jacksonville for a few years and ended up back in Dothan, AL. I am now raising my 2 handsome boys, ages 14 & 10 in Marianna, Florida. I am a proud special needs mom, baseball mom, active in my local church, and an animal lover! David was born is San Antonio, Texas and raised in Hartford, Alabama. He joined the Alabama Air National Guard at 17-years-old. As a Veteran of “Operation Enduring Freedom” in Afghanistan, David is still serving as a Technical Sergeant in Dothan with thirteen years of service behind him. He and his wife moved to the Tallahassee area after graduating with their bachelor’s degree from Troy University in 2015. Since then, they have had two beautiful daughters, Harper and Brooklynn, which motivated them to move back to the Wiregrass area to be closer to family and raise Harper and Brooklynn.

David decided to get into Real Estate shortly after he and his wife bought their first house. He fell in love with the whole process. The hunt for the right home, the back and forth of negotiating the offers, all the way through closing, and finally moving in. Don has been in the Auction and Real Estate business for more than 20 years. 

Prior to the auction business, Don served 10 years in the Marine Corps and 22 years in U.S. Government security programs for various agencies.  Prior to retirement from the U.S. Government, Don obtained his auction licenses.   Immediately after retirement, he obtained his Real Estate Licenses, and established an Estate Liquidation company.   Don has been involved in hundreds of auctions to liquidate Estates, Antiques & Collectibles, Coins & Firearms, Commercial Assets and Real Estate.  He has also conducted Benefit Auctions, worked as a Contract Auctioneer and as a Liquidation Consultant.

Don is a member of the Alabama Auctioneers Association and the Florida Auctioneers Association.  He served for several years on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Legislative Committee for the Florida association.  He was the 2021 inductee into the Florida Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.  He is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association.  Don is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and the Certified Estate Specialist (CES) programs. He is also an Appraisal of Personal Property and maintains compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  Don is licensed in Alabama and Florida as a Real Estate Sales Associate and an Auctioneer.  In 2022, he was appointed by Gov. Ron DeSantis to the Florida Board of Auctioneers and continues to serve on that state regulatory board.
